I Specialize In

Anxiety can be overwhelming, affecting daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. I help individuals identify triggers, manage racing thoughts, and develop healthy coping strategies to reduce stress and regain a sense of calm. Using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I work with clients to build resilience and confidence in handling life’s challenges.

Depression can make everyday life feel overwhelming, affecting mood, energy, and motivation. I help individuals identify underlying causes, develop healthy coping strategies, and restore emotional balance. Through personalized treatment, including therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and medication management when needed, I work to foster resilience and a renewed sense of purpose.

ADHD can impact focus, organization, and impulse control, making daily tasks feel challenging. I help individuals develop structured routines, improve time management, and strengthen executive functioning skills. Through personalized strategies, including behavioral techniques and medication management when appropriate, I support clients in building confidence and achieving their goals.
